Now Hiring: GP Kids Director (Part-Time)

Are you passionate about helping kids experience a faith that is thoughtful, inclusive, and full of wonder? GracePointe Church is looking for a GP Kids Director to lead and nurture our children’s ministry in a way that reflects our values of curiosity, compassion, and community.
This is a part-time role (15 hour per week), ideal for someone who loves working with kids and families and thrives in a creative, collaborative environment. The primary commitment is Sunday mornings, along with occasional special events.
What You’ll Do:
Create a welcoming, engaging, and safe environment for kids each Sunday
Curate and/or develop thoughtful, age-appropriate programming
Recruit, train, and support a team of volunteers
Partner with parents to support kids’ spiritual growth
Help plan and lead occasional events throughout the year
