This year March 5 is Ash Wednesday on the Christian calendar. This is a day of reflection on our lives, their brevity, and what matters most. It also begins the season of Lent, which prepares us for the celebration of Easter.

This year we are offering an opportunity to participate in the ritual known as “The Imposition of Ashes.” From 6-8 PM CT at Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee (805 12th Avenue South in Nashville), you are invited to receive ashes, share a drink or some food, and leave when you are ready.
