Election days are funny for me.  My birthday is on the first of November which means that every other birthday of my life has the day of voting near it.  Obviously this didn’t bother me for most of my life because Halloween takes way more precedent than voting for most of your childhood.  When is it that you become politically aware?  I think it happens sometime around the day you are too old to trick-or-treat.  The first real political thing I can remember was when Dan Quayle incorrectly spelled potato(e).  I am truly aware of five different presidents in my lifetime.  I have voted for or against three.
